We provide an industry-leading 24-month structural and electrical warranty on all fixtures. This covers any manufacturing defects, driver failures, integrated LED modules, or structural finishes under normal residential use.
100% Transit Protection
While our protective double-boxing makes shipping damage extremely rare, all shipments are fully insured. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, you are covered under our 100% Broken-Free Guarantee, which includes expedited priority manufacturing and shipping of free replacement parts or full replacements.
