LightsStory is a boutique direct-to-customer lighting company specializing in made to order decorative, architectural and luxury home lighting with expertise in Alabaster, Murano Glass & K9 Crystal.

What types of Light fixtures does LightsStory make?

We have a large range of made to order Chandeliers, Pendant Lights, Ceiling Lights and Wall Sconces for Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Living Rooms, Bedrooms, Lobbys, Grand Entrances and Living Spaces. We have a smaller range of curated Table and Floor Lamps.

When was LightsStory Founded?

LightsStory began life in 2024 when our team of lighting experts came together after twenty years working together in the luxury lighting industry. We have in-house product designers, technical experts, production teams, service, sales and marketing and our own production facility.

Which countries does LightsStory operate?

LightsStory serves customers in the United States and Canada. Our online direct to customer model allows customers to order directly without visiting a traditional retail showroom, this helps keep luxury lighting fixtures more affordable.

Where are LightsStory lighting products manufactured?

Our lighting is manufactured in Hong Kong through selected specialist suppliers. We source Alabaster from Spain, glass from Italy and crystal from China. Hong Kong provides an ideal base for specialist manufacturing, supplier access and international distribution.

Who are LightsStory's manufacturing partners?

We have our own specialist workshop and supplier partners. This enables us to produce our designs to our customers specifications.

Are LightsStory product photographs real?

Yes. We use a combination of professional product photography and real customer photographs. Customer images may be shown alongside products and reviews where available, giving you a better understanding of how our lighting looks in a real interior.

LightsStory products include a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms and exclusions.

Yes. All our products are UL Certified. We recommend installation by a qualified electrician.

What materials are used in LightsStory luxury lighting fixtures?

We specialize in Spanish Alabaster stone, Italian Murano Glass, high-clarity K9 crystal, artisan-textured Ghiaccio glass with luxury metallic or stone trims.

What electrical voltage and safety certifications do your lights support?

Our fixtures are built with universal or regional voltage drivers (110V–240V) to accommodate international electrical standards with Parallel internal wiring components.

Are replacement parts or replacements available if damage occurs during Shipping?

Yes, all lights are meticulously hand wrapped and securely packaged. If in the rare result of damage we ship the replacements parts immediately without cost.

Does LightsStory offer customization?

Yes, custom designs are available with custom drop lengths, dimensions or other specifications, trim finishes and sizes depending on the design. Contact our team before ordering and we'll confirm what can be made for your space

What is the standard shipping and fulfillment timeframe for orders?

All our lights are is made to order. Delivery times include both production and transit. The current timeframe is 12 to 14 Days.
